Perfectly placed for a holiday
The
cottage is very comfortably furnished with a tasteful mixture of antiques
and modern. A wooden 'Pembrokeshire' Oak floor and Welsh slate downstairs,
fitted carpet upstairs. Oil fired central heating throughout and a 'gas'
fired stove in the living room makes it very cosy in the winter. The cottage
has a fully fitted open plan kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave,
dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is a washing machine and sink
in the utility. A TV, DVD player, and CD/radio for your entertainment.
An enclosed courtyard to the rear of the kitchen out of the 'stable' door, will allow little ones to play safely. An outside shower is useful to wash off swimmers, wetsuits, surfboards etc.
The original dwelling probably dates back to Norman times with a stone vaulted ceiling and a later addition of a round Flemish chimney. It sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. The main double has an en-suite bathroom and there are two twin rooms, one on the ground floor.
